Hi Dost (Kaash 'About Us' mein aap dono ka naam bhi likhte),

Good site...good recipes...thoda tedious kaam hai....lekin would be helpful if, apart from the YouTube videos you could also 'write' the preparation process below ingredients section......would be helpful to print it and take it to places where 'internet' is not available but need to cook.

Do keep uploading and thanks.....

Regardless...here's one of my favorite 'Italian bread pudding' recipe you might want to put on your site....

Italian Bread and Butter Pudding:
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1)	¾ cup butter (1 and ½ stick unsalted)
2)	1/2 cup golden raisins
3)	12-14 white bread slices (crust removed) or Panettone bread slices
4)	5 large beaten eggs
5)	½ cup sugar
6)	1 and ½ cup milk
7)	½ cup sliced almonds (optional)
8)	1 cup heavy cream (optional – sub with milk)
9)	½ tsp nutmeg powder
10)	1 tsp Vanilla essence
11)	½ tsp Almond extract (optional)
12)	1 tsp dry coconut powder (optional)

1)	Preheat oven to 300 F
2)	Grease a 6 cup oven proof glass dish with butter (Square sized Pyrex tray).
3)	Cut the slices of bread into half, spread them out in a cookie sheet, and dry them in the oven for 5 mins.
4)	Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and increase the temperature to 350 F.
5)	Beat eggs with sugar in a bowl and stir in the milk and cream.
6)	Add nutmeg, Vanilla essence and coconut powder
7)	Spread the bread with the butter and place a layer on the bottom of the prepared dish, then sprinkle with raisins and Almond slices and then pour the egg mixture on top of each layer.
8)	Continue making layers, ending with a layer of moistened bread and top off with some raisins and almond slices.
9)	Place the pudding in a roasting pan or bakeware, fill the pan halfway with water, and bake in the center of the oven for about 50 mins, or until well-risen, browned, and set in the middle.
10)	Serve warm or cold in the same dish.
